Returns and Exchange Policy

Refund policy


All products are quality inspected prior to dispatch, however if you find you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, all items must be unused in perfect brand new condition with original packaging, tags, and labels intact (if applicable) to qualify for a return.

We will send you a shipping label with instructions on how to return your item(s). 

Please note we do not refund initial shipping costs, however your return label will be free of cost. 

To initiate a return, contact us at and quote your order number. 

From here, we will send you your return label, please print this on an A4 page, place the label securely back on the parcel and follow directions on where to drop off your parcel. 

Please ensure your package is securely packed, ideally with original packaging. 

We will notify you as soon as we've inspected your returned item(s), and will let you know if the refund or exchange was approved. If approved, we will either organise a replacement, or in the case of a refund, you will be automatically refunded through your originally payment method. This may take a couple business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
